Russell Craig & Associates Limited (RCA) is a client-focused, multi-disciplined, full-service environmental consulting firm located in Nassau, Bahamas. Established as a response to the ever-evolving environmental needs both locally and internationally. RCA offers personalized consultancy services in environmental management, consulting, land administration, and natural resources planning. RCA is approved, and listed by the Department of Environmental Planning and Protection (DEPP) as a Bahamian Company eligible to undertake environmental consultancy services in the Bahamas.

Management
RCA was founded by its Managing Principal Chris Russell, who saw the demand for a multi-focused environment consulting agency with a personalized approach to meet the needs of high-net-worth clients in all areas of the environment.
RCA draws on Mr. Russell’s 40 years illustrious experience and stellar career in the Bahamas Government providing senior leadership and management guidance in areas of the environment, forestry, and policy regulation. He served as the First Director of Forestry for the Bahamas, Deputy Permanent Secretary and Chief Housing Officer.

Mr. Russell holds a Diploma in Forestry from the Cyprus Forestry College, Republic of Cyprus, a B. Sc. (Hons.) Degree in Forestry and Wood Science from the Bangor University, North Wales, United Kingdom, and Master’s degree in Regional and Resource Planning (M.R.R.P.), with a focus on Environmental Impact Assessments, from the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. He is also a Fellow Member (FIMMM) of the Institute of Materials, Mining and Minerals, United Kingdom, and Member (MBSE) of the Bahamas Society of Engineers.

He is primarily responsible for RCA’s business development and client technical service delivery.
